All content of the Service, including software, texts, graphics, logos, icons, images and data, is owned by Oplena or its licensors, protected by intellectual property laws. Use is permitted only for personal and non-commercial purposes, except with express authorization.

2. Use of Service

You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes, respecting third party rights and avoiding abusive, fraudulent or illegal practices. It is prohibited to:

• send offensive, discriminatory or illegal content;
• violate intellectual property rights;
• use the Service for spam, fraud, malware or activities prohibited by law.

3. Accounts and Security

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password. All activities performed under your account are your responsibility. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts in case of misuse, fraud or suspected irregular activity.

4. Purchases, Prices and Refunds

• All prices are subject to change without prior notice.
• Payments are processed by third parties (e.g.: Stripe, PagSeguro).
• Access to digital products is granted after payment confirmation.
• Refunds follow the Refund Policy published on our website.

5. Third-Party Integrations

5.1 Google Calendar (Google API Services – Limited Use)

When connecting your Google account:

• Limited access to reading and writing calendar events, exclusively for synchronization, scheduling and notifications.
• We do not sell, share or use calendar data for advertising.
• Human access is restricted to security, support or legal requirement cases, with audit logs.
• You can revoke access at any time in My Google Account > Security.

5.2 WhatsApp Business (Meta)

When integrating WhatsApp:

• Message sending requires clear and verifiable opt-in from recipients.
• It is prohibited to send illegal, abusive, discriminatory, misleading messages or in violation of Meta's policies.
• We honor opt-out requests (e.g.: "stop", "cancel").
• High blocking or reporting rates may result in suspension of use.

6. Privacy and LGPD

• We process personal data in accordance with the General Data Protection Law (LGPD – Law No. 13.709/2018).
• Legal bases include contract execution, consent and legitimate interest.
• You have the right to request access, correction, portability or deletion of your data.

7. Data Deletion

You can request deletion of your data at any time through:

• Application settings (disconnect integrations);
• Revocation of Google access;
• Request via email: sac@oplena.com.br.

Deletion will be processed within 30 days. Backups may retain information for up to an additional 90 days for security reasons.

8. Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided "as is". To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages. Our maximum liability is limited to the amount paid by the user in the 12 months prior to the event.

9. Suspension and Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Service in case of violation of these Terms, fraud risk, default or legal requirement.

10. Changes

We may modify these Terms of Service at any time. Relevant changes will be communicated reasonably. Continued use of the Service after publication of changes constitutes acceptance of the new conditions.

11. Forum and Applicable Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Brazil. The forum of the District of São Paulo/SP is elected for resolution of any disputes.
